Your session begins with Nervous System co-regulation, clearing the negative core-belief that is contributing to your current state of Being and Healing the original event that created it. Emotional Release Body Work and Intuitive Flow Massage follows for deep trauma/cellular memory release. Complete with Energy and Sound Healing*, Access Bars, Access Body boosting Process and AromaTouch. Includes our 8 week Chakra Healing Flower Essence Journey, 3 x 5 minute weekly Nervous System co-regulation phone calls and 3 month supply of Herbal Medicine. To support the WellBeing of the physical vessel from the inside-out, a low-inflammation diet is recommended. Gluten, Dairy, processed Sugar (inc artificial), Alcohol, Beef, trans fat, fried foods, processed foods, grain fed meats, seed and vegetable oils and more the 1 coffee a day are the top 12 inflammation producing foods and drinks. Kinesiology Muscle Testing is implemented to ascertain which blood type/gut friendly replacement foods and drinks your body says yes to.
