Your session begins with a journey into the subconscious and hidden recesses of the mind where limiting beliefs, trapped emotions and past experiences taint the present and create blockages. Complete with gentle Acupressure* and Chakra balancing. *Clearing sounds like yawning, coughing and light-language to be expected. Created from aspects of Psychosomatic Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Kinesiology, EFT, Process Experiential Emotion Focused Therapy, Matrix Reimprinting and Reiki. Subconscious prep work to be completed the night before your session. Subsequent sessions for any remaining limiting core-beliefs $90. Also available via phone or zoom.
