Your session begins with a journey into the subconscious and hidden recesses of the mind where limiting beliefs, trapped emotions and past experiences taint the present and create blockages. Complete with targeted, gentle Acupressure* (applied over clothing) and Chakra balancing. We offer an Add On Body-Work option should you feel your body needs stronger Acupressure combined with Massage. *Clearing sounds like yawning, coughing, sighing and Light-Language to be expected. Created from aspects of Psychosomatic Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Kinesiology, EFT, Process Experiential Emotion Focused Therapy, Matrix Reimprinting and Reiki. Subconscious prep work to be completed the night before your session. Subsequent sessions for any remaining limiting core-beliefs $90. We share our time between Oak Beach and Mission Beach.
