Looking at the sun for a minute with squinted eyes before 8am helps with the natural switching of serotonin to melatonin 16 hours later. Not looking at a screen for 2 hours before sleeping.Turning off WiFi at night. Purchasing a Blushield or equivalent to offer whole house blue light blocking. Assisting with the use of Herbs to soothe the nervous system, calm the mind and relax the body can help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
